By commissioning me you agree to everything stated here
Everything here is subject to change if I see fit

General

  • I reserve the right to reject or cancel a commission for any reason

  • I retain ownership over my art, do not use it for commercial reasons unless explicit permission has been given

  • Payment is required after I show you a sketch in order for me to finish

  • Refunds will not be available after the sketch has been approved

  • I may post the art I make for you on my socials or show to friends, you must tell me if you do not want me to share it

  • Do not clean up, finish, or commission anyone to color sketch comms unless I give explicit permission

  • Do not edit my art unless explicit permission has been given, and I must see it before it is posted anywhere

  • Prices vary based on character complexity, prices shown are base prices, chances are unless your character is extremely complex I'll just charge base price

  • I take payment through paypal or cashapp. Specify which you plan to use

  • Refunds will only be provided after sketch approval if I am the one who cancels the commission

Design

  • Do not sell my designs for more than their base worth unless personal or commissioned art has been added, gift art and art trades do not count towards character value

  • If you make my designs authorized only I must be able to see them

  • You may take inspiration from my art or designs as long as it is not a blatant copy

  • Do not trade, sell, or gift my designs to anyone on my blacklist

  • Redesigns are okay, just do not make the character unrecognizable

  • Do not create twin ocs of my designs

  • Do not turn my designs into closed species if they weren't one originally

  • Co-owns are okay however you are only allowed to have one profile to avoid issues. As well, do not drag me into any conflicts that may arise from co-owns

  • NSFW (I do draw nsfw, however I am not confident enough to offer it as a commission option)
